Ideal Dental Construction is a family-owned construction company founded in 2018, serving clients across Central Florida. Over time, we began working closely with dental clinics and developed a strong connection with this type of project. We discovered a passion for dental construction, driven by the level of planning, coordination, and precision required to build successful clinical spaces.
While we continue to perform a variety of construction and remodeling projects, dental clinics represent an important part of our work. We have built strong relationships with leading dental equipment suppliers and industry professionals, allowing us to better coordinate infrastructure and installation from the early stages.
As a small, family-operated company, we prioritize attention, communication, and accountability. Our clients work directly with decision-makers, and every project receives the focus needed to be delivered with quality, within the agreed scope, and on schedule.

Step 1 - Discovery and Planning
During the discovery and planning phase, we focus on understanding how the clinic will operate day to day. We review the number of operatories, chair orientation, sterilization flow, X-ray and imaging areas, compressor and vacuum requirements, and overall patient circulation. This step ensures the layout supports efficient clinical workflow, proper infection control, and a comfortable patient experience.
Step 2 - 3D Modeling and Coordination
We create a detailed 3D model of the dental clinic that coordinates all critical systems. This includes medical gas lines such as oxygen and nitrous oxide, vacuum and suction lines, water supply, drainage, electrical, and data. By planning these systems in the model, we ensure dental chairs, delivery units, carts, and equipment are positioned exactly where needed, avoiding conflicts during installation.
Step 3 - Budget and Schedule Definition
Once the layout and systems are confirmed, we define the scope of work and establish a clear construction timeline. This step aligns the build sequence with equipment installation, inspections, and trade coordination. The goal is to ensure the clinic is built efficiently and ready for equipment setup without delays.
Step 4 - Permits and Construction
After planning is complete, we submit for permits and begin construction based on the approved plans and 3D coordination. During construction, we oversee the installation of plumbing, medical gases, vacuum systems, electrical, and finishes, ensuring everything matches the planned operatory layouts and equipment locations.
Step 5 - Final Delivery
Final delivery includes system testing, inspections, punch list completion, and final walkthroughs. At this stage, operatories are ready for chair and equipment installation, and the clinic is prepared for final setup and opening. Our goal is to deliver a fully functional clinical space that is ready to serve patients.
